Classic Cape Cottage 250 Yards to Private Beach Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private deeded beach access and near Cooks Brook beach. A little of old Cape, and a lot of new Cape, in a great North Eastham location. This quaint cottage has a new master suite addition, a new kitchen, plus other updates that will give your family a classic Cape Cod beach vacation, while adding a few extra amenities. The cottage is only a few hundred feet away from our private neighborhood beach that has dramatic views and a long peaceful stretch of sand. The beach is great for families with young children – during low tide, you can walk and play on a sand bar that seems like it goes for miles. The cottage has 3 bedrooms that all have been updated. New wide pine floors are though out – some painted red to give it that classic New England feel. The original knotty pine living room and kitchen have been refreshed with new furniture and appliances while keeping their original charm. The new family room walks out onto a new porch and stone patio. The primary suite addition was built in 2015, and has a large shower with teak bench. It also has a mini split heating and a/c system. The cottage comes with internet, cable and flat screen TV. Outside has a hot/cold private shower, patio furniture, BBQ grill and stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs. There's plenty of lawn to set up a badminton net or for little ones to run around. Eastham is home to the National Seashore – one of the most spectacular natural areas on the Cape – it consistently ranks high as having one of the best ocean beaches in the world. And bike paths are everywhere. The neighborhood is family oriented, so peace and quiet abound. Our cottage has everything you need to have a great and memorable vacation. No smoking or pets. Sorry, large parties aren't allowed.The cottage holds up to 6 people, and unfortunately, additional guests cannot stay.
